Cho khoai vào nồi, bắt lên bếp và đổ nuớc vào để luộc. Khi cho nước vào nồi thì chỉ cho ngập khoảng 1/2 khoai thôi nhé (không nhiều quá, cũng không ít quá). 1kg khoai thì đổ nữa lít nước.

Khi khoai chín, thì mở nấp nồi ra để khoảng 2 phút rồi gắp từng miếng ra đĩa. Thế là bạn đã có món khoai luộc ngon lành rồi đó.
